What (Project Scope & Deliverables)

Role & Context: As Quartermaster (Lance Corporal / Sergeant), proposed and executed a project to digitize and automate Charlie Company and regimental workflows.
Personnel Management: Built a system to automate personnel management for enlisted troops, Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), and officers.
Duty & Shift Management: Automated duty rosters, shift scheduling, and leave/furlough tracking.
Logbook Digitization: Replaced physical regimental daybooks (brogliaccio) with a relational database system.
Automated Issuance: Replaced hand-written entry/exit permits and leave passes with printed digital authorizations.
Travel Concessions: Managed T3 and T4 reduced-fare travel requests.
Expenses & Allowances: Handled reimbursements and official duty travel allowances.
Integrations: Connected directly with the travel office, payroll department, and Quartermaster.
