AVAILABILITY NOTICE : from 1 week to 3 months from the signature of Contract.
RESIDENCY : 10+ years living in Bangkok (MRT Sutthisan).
FISCAL RESIDENCY : Thailand (AIRE since 2012, as per laws).
VISA : NON-IMM O VISA holder for THAILAND, NOT REQUIRED VISA sponsorship.
WORK PERMIT : required Work Permit as per Thailand laws.
CITIZENSHIP : ITALIAN citizen, entitled to work all over Europe with no limitations/sponsorship.
RELOCATION
RELOCATION : Available to move and work worldwide (*) Relocation Assistance needed. (**)

CONTRACT
CONTRACT TYPE : Direct Employee preferred.
CONTRACT DURATION : Permanent (open term contract) preferred.

CONTRACTOR / FIXED : Fixed term contract and/or consultant (contractor) shall be discussed in advance.
TERMINATION NOTICE : From 3 to 6 months from resignation/termination of the contract.

Subject to a fixed reimbursement date.
Interest rates will be applied to any expense accrued, including but not limited to foreign currency expenses.
Interest rates will be applied to delayed reimbursements.

TRAVELS & LODGING
Recognizing the increasing costs and/or inconvenience and/or the potential for disruption and/or expenses associated with travel, the trips shall be limited to those circumstances where on-site presence before Customers are essential and/or cannot be effectively accomplished via readily available communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams.
Travels target : 0% preferred.
Travels availability : 20% - 25%, open to discussion. For higher travel rates, detailed discussion will be required.
Local travels : COMPANY CAR or 100% coverage of Rent Costs or LIMO and/or TAXI services.
International travels : BUSINESS CLASS in accordance with the business nature of the travels.
Lodging : Hotels and accommodations in accordance with the business nature (4 or 5 stars).
